Pros

I worked for Orizon as an administrative contractor for almost 2 years. I was the first admin person to join the then-small team and was working directly under the lead designer, Aurelien. He is a kind and caring leader who will always take the time to check in on how you are doing personally, and encourages feedback and improvements to the company. Any suggestions I would have to improve workflow or efficiency were always listened to and implemented quickly. The company values close attention to detail and holds a high standard for the work they put out, but as a member of the team, you feel valued as well. I would highly recommend Orizon as a workplace, and will miss working here!

Pros

Working at Orizon was an incredibly rewarding experience. The environment is supportive, fast-paced, and filled with creative energy. The team is super friendly and genuinely collaborative. People are always open to helping each other and sharing ideas. There are plenty of great benefits, a competitive salary, and lots of opportunities to work on interesting, high-impact projects across various industries. It’s a great place to grow both professionally and personally, especially if you're passionate about design and want to be part of a team that truly values quality and innovation.

Pros

It was a pleasure being part of Orizon's growth over the past few years. It's a great small design agency with passionate and talented people working there. Some of the big pros of working at Orizon are: - Truly people first, they care about how you're doing both at work and out of work - They want you to succeed. When someone wins everyone wins - It's fully remote - If you're interested in a certain area they will find ways to have you explore that more - Working with a friendly team and cool clients - Leading projects

Cons

I was part of the business side (not a designer) and since Orizon is still a start-up there wasn't a team of people to bounce ideas off of and work on projects with. The flip side is that I got to work directly with the founder, learn a lot about the business and lead a bunch of projects from start to finish which was awesome.
