People are always open to helping each other and sharing ideas. There are plenty of great benefits, a competitive salary, and lots of opportunities to work on interesting, high-impact projects across various industries. It’s a great place to grow both professionally and personally, especially if you're passionate about design and want to be part of a team that truly values quality and innovation.

It was a pleasure being part of Orizon's growth over the past few years. It's a great small design agency with passionate and talented people working there. I was part of the business side (not a designer) and since Orizon is still a start-up there wasn't a team of people to bounce ideas off of and work on projects with. The flip side is that I got to work directly with the founder, learn a lot about the business and lead a bunch of projects from start to finish which was awesome.
