The pay is great and if you are successful you can move up in the company fairly easily. Also Rollins has a yearly presidents club that is open to everyone and treats the best of the best to all all expense paid vacation and the destination changes every year. The company is growing and the money is always consistent

Thankfully I have a amazing team and branch manager however some branches aren’t run as efficiently and can hold people back from succeeding

Company provided vehicle and phone. Support from management and encouragement to grow. Commission is solid, employee stock program, and commission from misc. sales.
Cons
Work life balance is tough depending on your route and how far from home the area you cover is. If you have long drives, it can take a toll on your back.
