      Good starting salary with decent benefits.

      Lack of training in this region. the company has a great model but the sad truth is that turnover is so great that most employees are pushed through with no regard for how that might hurt them later.

      Company provided vehicle and phone. Support from management and encouragement to grow. Commission is solid, employee stock program, and commission from misc. sales.

      Cons

      Work life balance is tough depending on your route and how far from home the area you cover is. If you have long drives, it can take a toll on your back.
