      The job is disgusting. You spend your day crawling through 150 year old crawl spaces that are too small to even turn over in.

      Company provided vehicle and phone. Support from management and encouragement to grow. Commission is solid, employee stock program, and commission from misc. sales.

      Cons

      Work life balance is tough depending on your route and how far from home the area you cover is. If you have long drives, it can take a toll on your back.
