It is a large company with a culture that makes each hospital feel small. Your voice matters no matter what your position in the company is and this company acts on its promises. They strive daily making this a "patient first" institution. Patient safety is of utmost importance along with supporting those of us who take care of the patients. We have a very high acuity patient population that requires experts from multiple specialties to care for them and this hospital has some of the best experts in the country. They are highly skilled physicians, who are innovative and subject matter experts. We have been given the freedom to "think outside the box of medical guidelines" at times and this has promoted surgical innovation leading to our teams doing procedures no one else in the country or world has done. We continue to move the needle forward and deliver top echelon healthcare.
