Paycheck, benefits, advancement opportunities (But not much within your own department).
Cons
Managers really have no clue. Open, verbal, racist comments seem to be acceptable if your black (which) 90+% of the food service staff is. Managers go far out of their way to ruin your life & anger you (revoke FMLA, ruin chances of rehire, ruin your wedding plans, holiday plans, you name it!) if you don't let them whimsically throw their ego around, even if your the type always seen quietly doing your work. All the cashiers were all Asian females. All but 2 cooks were black males. Only 1 white cook. Only 2 white concierges. They seem to have a prenotion of where people not of their background belong. Management almost always shurks their duties onto those below them, simply to avoid doing it. Bringing issues to a team leader, or manager gets you no where. Patients constantly complain, management comes up with tons of alternative ideas, except for the right one...holding lazy employees that don't care responsible & repremanding/terminating them.
