NONE! These guys could be linked to organized crime. A fly by night company that files for bankruptcy and re-emerges with a different persona. Zero stars!
Cons
These are thugs! Buyer beware! Insist on a home inspection and get your own. Check behind the insulation on your basement walls. Demand the inspector's acceptance certificates and disclosure of any corrections that had to be made. Get your own inspector. The Clinton township inspector NJ in 2004-2009 was rumored to be corrupt so be careful. I wouldn't be surprised if Orleans Homes is/was linked to organized crime. Extremely poorly built with flaws galore! Avoid them if you aren't already trapped into buying.
