      -tons of opportunity for career development -great salary and benefits - ability to move to a different OpCo within the Danaher company

      Cons

      -terrible (and i mean TERRIBLE) culture -poor performance is rewarded -top-down style management -absolutely no work-life balance -Management has zero respect for their employees -No clear vision/executed very poorly -Giving it one star was generous -stuffy and catty office environment

      Pros

      I got to work on a very interesting project with amazing people. The experience I gained was invaluable.

      Cons

      Management was a bit "all over the place" and I was eventually let go immediately after requesting higher pay due to feeling that I was doing more than the work of a full-time engineer.
