Pros

The pro here at this company are extremely hard to find. If you like to wok long hours with no return If you like to be told daily youre not good enough and you dont work hard enough If you like having the CEO dictate all aspects of your life not just your job If you like sitting in HR getting written for his mistakes and HR telling you im doing this cause i have to and not because you deserve this or i lose my job as well. If you like watching others in a company play video games while you busting your butt to get dead lines down and CEO gives them all the credit for it. This is the place for you.

Cons

no pay, no benifits to working 20+ hours of over time, no extra time off, no vacation time, constantly waiting for the CEO to tell you what to inform your clients so you dont expose his lies he tells them on a regular basis. Given tasks and projects with completely unrealistic time frames.

Hi, Thanks for the feedback, I’ll make sure to pass this over to the executive team and take actions to continue in our process to make some positive changes. For example, in the past year and a half we being able to reduce the turnover by adding great benefits and perks, communicating better and having more defined goals and objectives. Our top priority is our employees. They are our most valuable asset and because of that we always treat them with respect and in a very professional manner. We have tried to make people who work outside Canada feel that they are as important as the employees that are here, that is why we are implementing similar benefits and be competitive in the market. Everyone contributes to the success of this great company!
