Pros

I don't work there anymore.

Cons

I feel like I'm beating a dead horse here. Most of the people keeping the company together have up and quit over the last 6 months. Some left without even having new jobs lined up, which says everything. The cycle at the company is to sell features that we don't even remotely have the manpower to pull off, promise delivery yesterday, then work increasingly ridiculous deadlines (I'm talking a Friday deadlines presented to us on Tuesdays for a brand new feature), then when we inevitably fail to deliver, throw people under the bus until everyone leaves, hire a bunch of new people under the pretense of "we're growing, honestly", then focus on "product stability" until the CEO gets impatient and sells more features, continuing the cycle. In one year I went through 3 project managers, who could have maybe taken the team pretty far, if only the CEO didn't swoop down and undermine them every time they told him "no". When I started, they promised me that all the bad reviews here where a thing of the past, and that things where getting better. The rest of the (not 5 start fake) reviews pretty much say it all. Run.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience but I can tell you that according to our last employee satisfaction survey 90% of our employees are satisfied with their job and they love what they do. We work hard to have a high-quality product that is stable. As someone in other review said "Hard work pays off"

Hi, Thanks for the feedback, I’ll make sure to pass this over to the executive team and take actions to continue in our process to make some positive changes. For example, in the past year and a half we being able to reduce the turnover by adding great benefits and perks, communicating better and having more defined goals and objectives. Our top priority is our employees. They are our most valuable asset and because of that we always treat them with respect and in a very professional manner. We have tried to make people who work outside Canada feel that they are as important as the employees that are here, that is why we are implementing similar benefits and be competitive in the market. Everyone contributes to the success of this great company!
