Pros
The company has a small and friendly work group environment. Day-to-day operations are easy to handle and basic responsibilities. They offer a lot of benefits. They push their employees to their limits, however they're realistic about what can and can't be accomplished within given time frame and other responsibilities.
Cons
Although the company is growing quickly, small community feel stays there and the company does not grow into a corporation culture.
