Pros
-Great organization -Excellent health insurance -Outstanding care for patients -Clean and sterile environment -Excellent pay as long as you are an all-star employee
Cons
-Had growing pains during original merger with Miller and COS but now the company is much better and more organized. With any large organization you will have hiccups but upper management does a great job with fixing and the company is hiring more effective managers and Directors.
