HORRIBLE business office management. They won't train you at all. They throw you in these positions and never train you how to correctly do things. One minute things are done one way the next minute the entire process changed, but no one can ever give you a straight answer on which way is the right way. Very high turnover rate in the business office and always will be. As long as friends keep hiring friends for leadership positions instead of hiring based on knowledge, tenure and education.
