Pros

Decent pay and the location is nice for commute from Lauderdale or Miami. Decent funding for now but lack of business model and limited technology halts true innovation. Smart technologies will make them irrelevant after spending millions of investor dollars with little to show for it.

Cons

Integrity of leadership has diminished. No true leadership or direction. Stuck in a failing business model and lack of change agents. They need to wipe their past clean and have a hard restart, however they can't due to investor relations. Unsuccessful model for sustainability or an IPO opportunity.

Pros

Great Pay Great Benefits Great people Great expertise within the teams

Cons

Covid took away some of that great atmosphere and feel when we all worked from home, otherwise it's the best place I have ever worked for.

Pros

I've never worked anywhere that has this many positive, happy people who are so invested in the job they're doing. Being around smart people inspires me. The company is young and hearing about future plans and strategy, I can't help but be excited about all the possibilities around the corner. I've also never had a CEO that has been so approachable, so willing to discuss transparently where the company is headed, and who is genuinely excited about not just the big picture but is someone who takes the time to recognize the work of his employees at every level.

Cons

It's a small company who recently had a lot of necessary staffing changes to ensure a positive company culture and to make sure that it has the right people onboard to go where it needs to go. At every company (big and small), changes bring about fear to those who choose not to try to understand what's going on and some don't handle that well...at a small company, you stand out if you don't have a good attitude, which also means the positive people can more easily feel effects of the negative ones (even if there's only few of them).
