Pros
I work for a dentist that works with the company. I love the doc I work for. He is very inspiring. Our OM leaves a little to be desired. And some staff are unmotivated. But lets talk about Orthosynetics, I like all of the assistance we receive from the company. They are full of resources to help you overcome any dilemma, if you apply them. The IT department is always on point and can be reached most anytime. The patient accounting department is helpful in fixing account problems. The pay is competitive with other companies in my position. and The benefit package from orthosynetics is nice. They also have the best ortho software available from the business side.
Cons
From what I understand, the amount the doctors have to apy for this service is astronomical, but don't know exactly how much.
