The salary is good but that's with the understanding that it's a revolving door there since the management is the worst.
I was hired to run a department and as soon as I started to work there I realized it was all lies. Every day I thought I shouldn't have left my prior place.
The managers know how to blame and point fingers but don't know how to take any responsibility for the problems that they are causing.
If you start off on the wrong foot (lying about the position) then it's only on you how things transpire.
They don't know how to treat their employees correctly (horrible work/life balance), don't communicate anything to anyone wether as a department or an overall company, and are really great at mis-treating there entire team.
