Pros
Some fantastic Pro's - - We've got a fantastic engineering team, and banter is a-plenty. - Teamwork between colleagues - this is an absolute pro, the majority of the people in the office go above and beyond. - Everyday is as interesting as the last due to the vast array of industries our clients are involved in. - Close client relationships, and often out of this clients are often offering some amazing experiences.
Cons
Unfortunately we've also some negatives - - There's sadly not going to be many members of staff remaining in Manchester if morale isn't improved. Upper management are aware and we've seen no effort to improve this, hence disapproval of the CEO. - Due to the above, it's a highly stressed environment whilst they're currently hiring for the SD, simply due to the workload. Numerous staff often off-sick with stress. - Recent hires have reduced the quality of the work performed/produced - believed to be due to desperation. - Current Employees are "encouraged" to leave positive reviews.
