Pros

-Great Enviornment: Music, Free Drinks, Catered lunch every week, Office dog, Play great music -Benefits are great, flexible schedule/work life balance -Fellow designers are great to work with.

Cons

-Unorganized and only focused on making more money and doubling the size of the company at any cost, including overworking employees. -The owners and most of management treat the designers like they are stupid, when in reality NONE of management knows design AT ALL. -The president of the company acts on impulse and creates friction and lack of job security. He also is very manipulative. Overall a decent guy it seemed, but acts childish and unprofessional. Him and other members of management regularly yell and argue so loud that the entire building can hear. -This company as it stands is only good as a stepping stone, for high school kids who taught themselves photoshop.

Pros

Free company lunch on Fridays

Cons

This company started off with a lot of potential and while the product itself has improved the office environment and company integrity is the worst I have ever witnessed. The employees that work on the floor are great and kind but it does not make up for the president of the company. My opinion of him is as follows: he is the most unprofessional person I have come across in my entire working life. He throws tantrums, fires people on whims, and sees everyone as replaceable. You are expected to bend over backwards and live to work but will get zero respect or loyalty in return. The company promotes their entire brand on a great company culture but everyone walks on eggshells and no one is treated as they should be. There has been multiple times of broken promises, such as company field trips and bonuses that were never followed up on. They hire outside of the company for new positions instead of promoting within and really getting to know their employees. Again, the workers on the floor are helpful and fun. If you don't have to have any contact with the president of the company and are looking for a place to get some experience then it could be great for you, but as far as a career position I would heavily advice against it. No job is worth being yelled at and consistently treated like dirt.
