Pros

There are no pro's for working at this company.

Cons

Bunch of liars, will tell you anything you want to hear in the interview but the actual company and role itself is nothing like you would believe. Micromanaged by everything you do - treated like a child and bullied if you're not liked. Unrealistic targets No support throughout your role Attitude by the managers Awful company.

Thank you for taking the time to send your feedback. Whilst I totally disagree with your comments, you are of course entitled to them. Let me address each of your comments individually;- There is a standard and consistent approach to our selection process and interview, so it would be impossible to “lie” and “tell you what you wanted to hear” – plus there would be no sense taking such action. Our staff retention rates are testament to a rigorous, robust and consistent process and ongoing employee engagement programmes. All our team have totally autonomy to run and manage their desk and workload. I’m not sure if you are mixing “micro-managed” with being provided with additional and ongoing support to help you achieve success within the business. We pride ourselves on this ongoing one to one support for all team members, not just people under-achieving. Targets are more than realistic, and are indeed agreed between each member of the team and their respective manager, so everyone has input and agrees beforehand. The fact that over 70% of our team are achieving targets would suggest that they are not unrealistic. Everyone in the business receives as much support as they request or the manager feels is appropriate. This is (and was) conducted through initial induction training, on the job coaching, external training programmes and visits to other offices to spend time with your peers. All training is (was) recorded on individual development plans. Bullying is something that we will not condone. There never has, and never will be such abhorrent behaviour within the business, and I note that no such claims were brought forward prior to the termination of your contract. It concerns me greater, that threats were subsequently made to the manager. I’m sure you will agree that you found it difficult to adjust to working in the recruitment industry despite ongoing development and support, from your managers, peers and external trainers. The title of this post is somewhat misleading (as all of it is) and contradictory to the communication you sent asking to be re-employed...
