      It still is a growing company and with that come growing pains. With that communication can be lacking at times but I do respect the company for acknowledging some flaws and explaining how they continue to work and improve on them.

      Work life balance is great .. easy to move around with in company

      Cons

      A lot of positions are lateral moves and pay can be low HR moves very slow when it’s time to make promotion and salary changes
