Salary - Senior Recruiter Oscar Technology Employee Review

While employed as Oscar technology, Senior management was very professional and diligent. Anyone at Oscar would be willing to stop what they are doing to help one of the newer team members. The company environment was incredible as the office was always stocked with healthy snacks/food options and promoted healthy living. As far as the company culture goes, it was phenomenal! Oscar was very big on work/life balance and would set up company events in order to better get to know one another/socialize outside of the office environment. I truly cannot say enough good things about this company, my time with Oscar came to end only due to moving out of state. I would highly recommend Oscar technology to any candidate exploring the current job market or any company looking to explore creative and cost- effective recruitment solutions.

The only Con of working at Oscar was not having enough time to spend with my colleagues outside of work because they were all such amazing and genuine people!

For all the newly college graduates please beware of this company. They try & let you think you are joining this amazing company with all these benefits but really they scam and trap you in this MLM type of company. When you start working there they pay less than MCDONALDS or TARGET. You are basically better off working at these companies than Oscar Technology. Managers and leadership ridicule their team members if the KPIs are not met. Out of touch management. Basically a frat house with zero morals. You think you are entering the corporate world but it's all fake. SHARE AND BEWARE. You can also forget about having any sort of work life balance.
