      Its cold Bosses do not care about life/career/health outside of job Will be asked to do more than job description Long hours Company does not make good on promises

      Pros

      Ride a forklift all day.

      Cons

      No dental or vision benefits. Expensive, high deductible health benefits. No PTO. Zero work/life balance. Owner’s kids and in-laws are in power positions - they are entitled and mistake prone. Zero room for advancement. The warehouse is overstocked and chaotic. Extremely demanding for the pitiful wages they pay.
