Pros

Salary is credited on time. Good place only if you want a job temporarily without expectations of growth.

Cons

This organization has a highly toxic and unhealthy work culture. Unfair working hours: Very strict about login time but extremely unfair about logout time. Even after completing 9 working hours, employees are often forced to stay late. Leaving on time is discouraged and treated negatively. Salary deductions & favoritism: Late marks lead to salary deductions, while certain privileged employees are exempt. Policies are enforced selectively. Gender bias: Clear partiality between male and female employees in flexibility, workload, and overall treatment. No learning or skill growth: Most development work is blind copy-paste. There is no real mentoring, code quality, or innovation. New joiners end up degrading their skills instead of improving them. Micromanagement & privacy invasion: Even for personal leave, employees must explain where they are going, why, and with whom. This reflects zero trust and respect for personal boundaries. Poor leadership: Many managers lack technical depth and leadership capability. Instead of mentoring, they demotivate employees and create fear. Unhealthy work culture: Employees are physically and mentally exhausted. There is no work-life balance—life becomes only work, sleep, and repeat. Lala company mindset: Decisions are driven by favoritism and ego rather than professionalism or process. No career growth: Appraisals, promotions, and hikes lack transparency and fairness. HR is ineffective: HR acts more as a management shield than employee support. High attrition ignored: Employees leave frequently, but management does not address root causes. Credit stealing: Managers take credit for team efforts and shift blame when issues arise.
