Pros
I was eager to join Osprey after the first two interviews I had. Having been in the workforce for several years I have learned that working for a good company and great people is what I value most. I have been with Osprey for 1.5yrs and everything I learned prior to joining stands true.
Cons
No longer have an office, it would be nice to have a place for colleagues to get together or a place to go during work hours if remote.
