Pros
No pros at all. Biggest fraud company in bangalore. They hired people and then fired i don't know why they do like this. The boss is the main culprit. He is very unprofessional. He is very rude with employees. He think that if he is paying to employees so they are his slaves. No leave policy is there and no corporate Benefits. So many people got fired by company because increment cycle was there. Most of the employees are fresher because boss is not able to give good salary to experienced people. He force to write good reviews in Glassdoor. Believe me that is true. No working culture. Boss should have to take some professional classes how to treat employees and how to run a business.

No professional environment at all. People are rude and think they are oversmart. Bad politics by boss. Listen boss we are not slave ok.
