      This place has no positive things

      Cons

      Micromanaging by people who think that they are the Gods. They will make you work your weekends as well and if you don't be ready to listen to taunts everyday. Managers are not helpful. They will pretend to be helpful but will say and do things behind your back. The salary is very poor, even if you have experience they'll offer you dirt cheap. No proper management. Hire and Fire policy at it's peak. Lots and lots of office politics.
