Colleagues and teammates are kind and innovative people. Interesting projects across business lines and centrally located office location.

The leadership team in Portland, mainly the CHRO and COO are operating with very low-level corporate leadership abilities. I sat through a DEI committee meeting that was to prepare for Black History month recognition, and the COO could not find a better way to describe the cuisine that we wanted to cater other than "black people food". Mind blowing cultural unawareness. The most recent CEO was a glimmer of hope, but he has since left the company.
