Pros
Low level employees are awesome. Everyone gets along and is helpful. Amazing product and truly innovative.
Cons
Leadership and middle management don’t care about employees. They are beyond toxic and want everyone’s world to revolve around job. Hard to get PTO approved, don’t care about work life balance, discrimination against women and minorities is rampant. Only way to get promoted is to be white, a man, or childless.
