Pros
My supervisor in the technical support is amazing! One of the kindest, most caring supervisors I have ever had in 6 years! Great training and amazing support team. They are very flexible when it comes to taking some time off or unexpected requests for time off. It is a very satisfying and rewarding job, when you see how grateful people are once you help them troubleshoot their hearing aids successfully.
Cons
Benefits not so great for families. They do not respect the us holidays so you have to work for most of them and you get paid regular when you do. Then if you don’t work on those days, you either don’t get paid or you have to use your pto. The people that call are overall very nice anx are just looking to get some help on the phone, but some others will want to make you pull your hair off. Also felt like there is some favoritism when it comes to growth opportunities. Low pay.
