Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion and feedback here. We are of course very sorry to hear you have left Otrium feeling this way and certainly do not want this to be the last memory you have of your time here. We have invested a lot lately to improve the way we communicate on a company, team and individual level. It is very unfortunate that nevertheless you feel treated that way. Especially because we always aim to treat people with respect and empathy, regardless of level/location. Any decisions taken to cease employment have been done so with the utmost care and professionalism whilst sticking to local legislation. We invite you to have a conversation with one of our People Team so that we can talk this in a more specific way to help us understand your experience.

Dear alumni O-member, Thank you for sharing your feedback and thank you for your work with us. :) We're glad to read you were able to get a lot of experience and exposure and we hope that was a plus for your future experiences. Regarding the layoffs, unfortunately, the last year has, just like for many other young companies, been very challenging. As part thereof, we had to take very difficult decisions that had a direct impact on our employees in the beginning of the year. We wish you all the best, People team
