Pros
The clients are amazing and it can be really rewarding to see them improve or celebrate their successes with them (getting housing, going to RAAM, getting on safe supply, what have you). I also loved the other staff I worked with, it was my favorite place to work at because of that. If you work full time, the benefits are great and now youre able to opt in to benefits as a part time employee. Pension is also great.
Cons
The management team is the worst I've ever seen. Extremely toxic and overbearing. Employees are constantly micromanaged and treated like children. They nitpick every move you make and use the cameras to keep tabs on people; I constantly felt on edge because I was worried about being perceived as lazy or doing something wrong. I never received a single piece of positive feedback from management after over a year of working there.
Other cons:
Seeing clients you love die
Burn out
Getting sick frequently
Not a lot of skills involved
