- Administration can never give a straight answer - The assistant director is a liar willing to lie to her employees to cover herself. - they send people home to cut hours but then expect other employees to pick up the slack and stay late - refuse to fire employees that sit on their butts and do nothing - Management will not offer any assistant with difficult children causing teachers to become stressed, burnt out, and even abusive.
