Pros
There are really very few redeeming qualities to working for this company. Some of the people that work there are enjoyable people, but the environment is toxic enough that the negativity outweighs the positives.
Cons
The various managers that oversee the different departments within do not communicate with their subordinates, and then said subordinates are often blamed for lack of knowledge later. Many of the skilled workers are grossly underpaid compared to industry standard. When employees need materials/tools to accomplish a task, it takes several attempts to acquire the supplies, and the supplies that are provided are often used and worn, which serves to help the problem very little. Air filtration in the production plant is not maintained, so employees are exposed to airborne chemical residue constantly with little concern for fixing this issue, regardless of the number of complaints. Very little room for professional growth by any means other than nepotism. Turnover rate is extremely high.
