Pros
Good techs and good product development, with good designers and QA. Some nice company wide events, ping pong and foosball. Room for initiative and inclusion into product decisions. Somehow inclusive, in the sense that they hired multiple different profiles, a woman junior developer, and a old (60 yo) newly trained developer into a junior position.
Cons
Overall obscure management of the company, other sections seemed a bit miserable, some turnover. We are kept in the dark regarding many global decisions and goals of the company. Some people are employed remotely and are never seen, it looks like fake jobs for some privileged people friends with the board.
