There aren't many companies in this specific sector (intercity bus) but OurBus is probably the most exciting one to work for in this present moment Team is large enough that everyone has their own roles, but small enough that everyone can remain in contact without being siloed. Diverse team with a variety of different ages and experiences.

The buses are running 365 days a year which means that operations never cease and some work is timed around operational timings

OurBus has clueless leaders who make terrible decisions all the time. This company has a disorganized environment because our own leadership doesn't know what it's doing half the time. Employees don't get sufficient support and guidance from the leadership because most of our leaders are too incompetent and ignorant. Aside from having a failed leadership, this company also offers poor compensation and lackluster health benefits to employees. There really isn't any reason to work for this horrible company.
