Innovative direct primary care company truly vested in mission to radically simplify the consumer healthcare experience. Open and transparent executive leadership that want to see all team members succeed in their respective roles. As a new hire in 2015, was approached by company CEO at an onboarding event. He took it upon himself to make personal introductions to everyone in the group. Company truly cares about their employees and wants to improve the delivery of healthcare in the US. Grateful for the time I spent at OurHealth, the relationships I built and the impact I was able to make with the platform I was given. Innovative strategy to improve delivery of care. Thoughtful communication from HQ and executive leadership who encourage feedback and collaboration from all team members, especially clinicians on the front line in the field. If you are looking to be on the cutting edge of where healthcare is heading, you are passionate about providing quality care and want to be a catalyst for improving the health outcomes of patients you are serving, OurHealth is a great place to work.

Minimal cons to report from time spent with organization.

OurHealth believes in building a positive culture for their employees. The overall foundations the company is built on in terms of values is strong. I really enjoy my co-workers--we all get along great! Benefits are on-par with other companies and compensation is fair. Day to day I really enjoy my work, my colleagues, and the office environment. I do feel OurHealth cares about my well-being and is open to suggestions/innovations, which is also exciting.

Communication can be disconnected between the clinics and headquarters in terms of day to day operations, prioritizing work, expectations, etc. As a newer company, these may just be 'growing pains' but I would appreciate clearer communication between departments about expectations and work flow. However, this is nothing that would keep me from continuing to work here. Benefits are good, but additional PTO and/or sick time would put OurHealth at the top of the pack.
