Pros

-The leadership team is approachable, transparent, and genuinely cares about both clients and employees. -Great work culture that encourages collaboration and continuous learning. -Lots of opportunities to grow professionally, OutForce promotes from within and invests in training. -Flexibility in work arrangements and a good balance between autonomy and support. -The outreach events and CSR activities (like Bahay Aruga outreach) really make you feel part of something meaningful.

Cons

-As a fast-growing company, some internal processes are still being streamlined but improvements are ongoing. -High expectations can be challenging for those not used to a dynamic work environment.

Pros

The company works with a diverse range of clients, which has really expanded my experience and kept things interesting. There’s a clear opportunity for growth. Flexible work setup, being able to work hybrid or adjust working hours has made it so much easier to balance both personal life and professional responsibilities.

Cons

There are inconsistencies in how policies and procedures are applied. At times, it feels like expectations differ depending on who you ask, which leads to confusion and a sense that things aren’t always fair. Another area for improvement is recognition and feedback. It’s disheartening when hard work goes unnoticed or when the feedback provided is too general to be helpful. A little more acknowledgment would go a long way in boosting team morale. One of the more challenging aspects I’ve observed is the lack of respect toward leadership from a few team members. It can create tension in the work environment and sometimes makes it harder to stay focused and productive. Lastly, communication between management and staff could be better. There have been moments where priorities weren’t clearly communicated, or updates came too late, causing delays and avoidable misunderstandings.
