Pros

Good relationship with your coworkers

Cons

The CEO is the least intelligent person in every Zoom meeting he's in. It's all anyone talks about when he leaves the call. The entire work culture is built on every employee trying to navigate the gaps in his intelligence so they can get their work done and try to meet the nonsensical quotas and demands he sets. In his own unique way, he has fostered a collaborative work environment. Everyone has to work together to overcome his incompetence. But eventually, he'll stumble in after one of his extended vacations and destroy all the work you have done. Stay away

Pros

Really nice people who are wearing too many hats each. There are some great talented people who work here. The quality of the links must be good and reliable.

Cons

The owner suddenly goes over direct managers to bark at employees who aren't willing to donate blood for their leads. The owner made a horrible impression during the interview process by literally showing up late to a meeting that managers arranged for him to be a part of and then didn't know which candidate he was speaking to regarding commission questions and then rudely demanded that he shouldn't be part of that call. There's a lot of opportunity for this company to grow but the attitude of the owner has to become more positive and more receptive to employee feedback before it can move forward.

Appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback on how we can best achieve a productive workplace centered on best serving our customers. We do operate with a heavy focus on performance, honesty in our dealings with each other, a commitment from each individual to give their best attempts to fulfill their potential, and most importantly, acting responsibly in our dealings with others. We understand that this is not for everyone. Attempts to bring new sales team members up to minimum performance levels are nothing other than well-intentioned and never personal. Our culture places a heavy emphasis on individual responsibility for achieving outcomes, and we need to see each team member demonstrate more care about the team than any one individual. The first two months of tenure are exactly that—seeing if we are the right fit for each other. Often, it doesn’t work out - and we are ok with that. We hope you can, in time, accept this too. Honest feedback incurs a cost; it is provided at risk to the company because we care - and it is provided in the hope that it may be taken on to help an individual move closer to their ideal life. People who don’t understand that are not the kind of people who have a future here. We each are the masters of our own destiny. And we firmly believe everyone has the right to find a place to work that makes them happy. We do see potential in you and firmly believe you have the ability to achieve; it just comes down to you and you alone. We wish you strength in finding a career that brings you joy and happiness - something within your grasp, and something you deserve. We believe in you. The fact that you are taking the time to write about us online months after your time here gives us some hope that perhaps the management time invested in you was, even if in just some small way, able to be absorbed to help you in your journey.
