Pros

Great Company, great food and great atmosphere. I've been with the company since 1997 and this is my 6th store I've worked at. We are like family there and after all these years Outback is still going strong.

Cons

For years I was proud to be an Outbacker! As the years go by naturally change occurs and when corporate made the decision to open for lunch all the preparation that was put in to food during the day, some of the best dressings, are now getting prepped and delivered from an outside source! I don't feel the quality is anywhere near what it used to be!

Pros

I made amazing money there for 2 years.

Cons

They reduced sections to 3 or 4 tables. I had run shifts that I had 10 tables and my boss told me "I know u can do it." Friday nights went from $200-$250 nights to less than $100. I made $150 on average serving at a pizza diner 26 years ago. Corporate decided servers weren't their bread and butter. I switched jobs in town and daily they remember me from Outback. It's a shame really. I went to Outback this week and it was DEAD. 3 tables during the dinner rush. The new CEO played it wrong. I'll be surprised if they even exist in 5 years.
