Pros

Some of the customers were great. I had a few regulars that I established there. They treated me well. I also had SOME great coworkers that I grew to love dearly. Other then that. Not many Pros.

Cons

Management was unprofessional. Constantly scheduling people outside of availability. Did not care about employees that were overworked, as long as they had people and made money. You are just a number to them. The management was new and only cared about the new faces that were hired in. A LOT of Favoritism. The proprietor would take her own tables and keep the tips for herself. They allowed the employees to touch the food with their hands. No they didnt wash them first. They would eat off of people's plates. One of the managers was racist. Gave minority employees specific African American employees a hard time. The employees would eat off the customers plates. They wouldn't properly fix issues with customers food All they cared about were getting good reviews. They allowed employees to bully other employees. It was seriously grotesque.

Pros

The store level can be a really rewarding experience, I come to work and genuinely enjoy my job and coworkers.

Cons

Hovering corporate can be a headache. You don't have a say on which location you are sent to after training just a consideration of your location and commute. The bonus system is lacking with metrics that are hard to obtain and only quarterly. Raises are hardly cost of living wages and seniority isnt rewarded as new managers typically come in making as much if not more than senior managers.
