Cons
The company is penurious to a fault, pushing the entire burden on facilitators. Meanwhile, if there is a huge event with hundreds of people, the company makes way more money... and the work load of the facilitator goes through the roof... The sales people make more money, and the company makes more money... The only person who doesn't make more money is the person who is doing all the extra work - the facilitator.
Meanwhile, customers would ask how to give a tip, and half the time the sales team wouldn't follow up (because what's in it for them?).
Talk about a de-motivating business model.
