Pros
The people at Canadian Outback Adventures & Events are some of the best you'll meet. Everyone here - from the administrative assistants, to the president of the company - has a passion for team building. The managers try their best to support each individual role, and are always looking for ways to make the work environment a better place. It's a great group of people, and a really FUN place to work.
Cons
It's a fast-paced environment that requires you to "take action" in your role. You wouldn't want to work here if you prefer to coast along under the radar doing the minimum amount.
