Penurious company led by Poor Leadership - Customer Success Specialist Outco Employee Review

1- The company seems to be led by Bootcamp graduates. This being their first company and first professional experience shows a lack of decision-making skills. 2- The Leadership team does not have any vision and they never have any numbers/data to show while speaking. It is mostly just words spoken in all meetings. 3- There is a lot of bias in the company. 4- Resistant to change and feedback
