Absolutely solid coworkers and middle management who bring a lot to the table and provide a ton of value to the company. Approachable, knowledge, and always helpful. The people (co-workers and middle management ONLY) are the beating heart of this company and hands down the best group of people I have ever worked with. This specific role is a great introduction to project management in the sign design industry.
Cons
Low pay, no upward mobility, tribalism, incredibly non-transparent work culture, and divide and conquer environment. Promotions decided based more on favoritism than meritocracy. Continued enablement of senior reps' toxic behavior and senior management's sheer incompetence in improving workflow processes and utter failure in improving team morale.
