      Management sucks. I can’t tell you how many people I’ve seen do drugs in the trailers. A lot of people drink at work

      Good people to work for. Steady, consistent employment. Bennies.

      Cons

      Long hours. Lots of mandatory overtime. Vacations after 3 years. Not family oriented .

      Good pay especially when bonuses are good.

      Cons

      Very few leads actually lead. Most don't realize that a lead should be a WORKING supervisor not standing around. They think you live to work instead of working to live.
