In the beginning there was ample work. In the beginning the Outlier Community Moderators actually responded then when the the things turned overnight with Aether, they left us to get tossed.
Cons
VERY little support from Outlier. You used to be able to "chat" with moderators but even they got scared about Aether and disappeared - you can't email a human, call a human, nothing. Even the generic "good job emails from Outlier say: "Hi {insert name here}" WOW!
They are authoritarian. If you violate some policy or "community guideline", they will not even bother telling you what you did or talking to you about it - you're just booted from the platform/project without explanation or any way to appeal. I guess they learned from Meta when they designed their support.
