Pros

Because Outmarket split off of Vocus, I suppose one "pro" is that the marketing consultant division of Vocus was at least given a second chance after Vocus' acquisition dissolved many of the jobs there. So a pro is that it existed in the first place to give people a job - at least for some time.

Cons

- Management did not advocate for employees, whether to clients or upper management. - There was a lot of backstabbing and undermining by managers to one another and to their employees. - The company does not value its employees. - Clients were sold any and everything without regard to whether the services sold would even work for their company. In turn, we had to follow through with these services, which were, at times, almost impossible to complete. - Work environment was less-than-stellar, with everyone constantly nervous about layoffs and feeling like no one has your back.
