      Great benefits, get to travel as lot as part of your role.

      Cons

      Stale environment, very low concentration and understanding of tech. Surprisingly unstable leadership, unpleasant and unhealthy corporate culture to work in.

      Pros

      Days off. Interesting projects. Some very knowledgeable colleagues.

      Cons

      Unachievable targets. Bad culture. Bad HR support. Good IT people inherited from Amadeus - bad finance/ banking people recruited from the market. Development frameworks used badly. Some employees working on IT projects still do not belong to Outpayce but to Amadeus. Bad planning and strategy; investing millions on projects just to flush them down the toilet a few months later.
