Unhinged CEO and COO will take turns shouting and verbally beating the effort out of you. The closest I've ever seen to a workforce be physically scared of the bosses like a 19th century factory. No senior leadership can make things better unless they do it covertly for fear of stepping out of line Don't expect to do any product or engineering work whilst here. Expect meetings where people try to keep the dictators happy Main thing is the workforce is now pretending to work to appease the CEO as opposed to creating customer value. It'll be almost impossible to turn that ship now 5 days in office to watch your screen/work Difficult location Real lack of diversity (in the CEO image)

There are some great people among the mess that have worked here over the years. Many have left feeling bullied, belittled, and exhausted.

HUGE staff turn over. Founder / CEO fires people, including his executive team regularly. There's no product direction or commercial viability models. Just what the Founder / CEO feels like doing. Hiring seems more focused on looks and who you know than capability. You'll turn up one day, and a random person with no experience, who didn't go though an interview process, will be sat at your desk telling you how to do your job. Also they are late paying all the vendors - constantly threatened by legal action for unpaid bills - despite the Founder / CEO being a billionaire (who dodges taxes by registering himself as a resident in Monaco)
