Slight flexibility in schedule, got to help people in the community

They had us driving clients around in our own personal vehicles while the clients had active communicable diseases and no compensation. Most employees work over 40 hours a week and have to work after hours to meet their demands. Training was minimal and not helpful. The management had no idea what they were doing and were unorganized and lazy. They were also incredibly petty towards the end and were not professional at all. I don’t recommend working here unless you want to be people’s personal drivers and assistants.

Poor management, unorganized, and unprofessional. This place is not truthful when posting job duties. They have a HUGE turnover rate due to unprofessionalism and excessive micromanaging. They have no HR dept to reports issues to they have a billing specialist and manager responding to HR duties. They encourage no retaliation when reporting issue but this is FALSE they act like are supportive and once you report your issues they add a target to your back. Most toxic place I’ve ever worked at, management is not knowledgeable about anything you ask she always has to ask someone else.
